Gilded and Blossoming is both the name and the theme of the event. Your gaudiest gold accessories, floral shirts or dresses, and everything in between are all on the table. We’re all royalty tonight.

This has been a transformative year for Seattle’s LGBTQ+ Center; come celebrate and support our new programs with an evening of art, creativity, and the chance to make a huge impact supporting crucial LGBTQ+ supportive services. Learn more about our new programming, including our expanded health services, our youth advocacy work for queer and trans young people, arts, mutual aid and resources, and more.

Join us for an evening of entertainment, activities, and fundraising at this unique community event!

What We Have Planned for You:

• Performances by Sable Jones St. James and Kylie Mooncakes
• Hors d’oeuvres
• Quench your thirst in the August heat: Fancy drinks (with or without alcohol!)
• Face painting, arts & crafts, or other activities
• Vendors
• Giveaways
• Paddle raising
• Community
• Purchase cocktails by The Collective or enjoy wine, cider, or beer sponsored by Underwood Wine, Seattle Cider Company, and Two Beers Brewing Company.
• Emily, owner of Queery Seattle, is tapping into her artistic side to provide us facepainting fit for the goddexxes
• DJ Summersoft is curating the atmosphere of sound throughout the evening, perhaps even with time to dance.
• Make your own planted creation with Andrew from Urban Epiphyte (he provided care tips here if you’re wondering!)
• Mad Fantasy Art and Sam Doodles will be vending!

Our mission is to cultivate access and connections to promote self-determination, liberation, and joy, and that extends to events like this. Our goal is to ensure that guests feel as comfortable and supported as possible. We are purposefully selecting a variety of activities with varying levels of sensory activation to ensure the event and space are as accommodating as possible for all members of our communities, regardless of your social comfort level or the unique way that your brain works.
