Learn To Sew Workshop

Whether you’re a beginner or want to sharpen your skills, this is your chance to dive into the world of sewing with Michael Lu (he/him), a seasoned educator who helped run maker spaces. You’ll learn essential hand-sewing techniques, how to use a sewing machine, and tricks for clothing repair and hemming. Make those outfits fit just right and reflect your unique style!

What to bring:
– An article of clothing to practice on
– Any sewing materials you own – building confidence with your own tools will help keep that creativity flowing!

We’ll have one sewing machine on-site, but don’t worry if you’ve never used one—Michael will guide you every step of the way.
